New Homes Coming Soon At Forge Wood In Crawley

Following the success of previous phases of homes at its Forge Wood development in Crawley, Taylor Wimpey has announced that a new collection of two bedroom apartments and two- and three- bedroom houses will be released for sale on Saturday 5 September.

With a range of house types to choose from, the new homes at Forge Wood have been designed to cater to different lifestyles and the development offers something for first time buyers, young couples and growing families. Residents will benefit from a primary school located at the development, as well as children’s play areas and plenty of open space on the doorstep. 

A choice of incentives will also be available to help people step onto, or up, the property ladder, including the government-backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme. As a thank you for the incredible work of NHS and care support workers during the pandemic, Taylor Wimpey is also offering a care worker discount to the value of 5% of the purchase price of a new home at Forge Wood. The offer also includes fitted carpets throughout all living areas as well as fitted vinyl flooring for kitchens, bathrooms, cloakrooms and en suites.
