Keith OsborneDeveloper Slough Urban Renewal (SUR) is continuing to run its Autumn Saver Incentive at Novus Apartments, a collection of brand new homes in Slough, Berkshire.
People reserving one of the one- or two-bedroom apartments right now will have the first year’s service charge and buyer legal fees paid for by SUR. There’s a range of homes for sale here right now, with prices starting at £210,000 and ready to move into.
Slough Urban Renewal (SUR) is a joint venture partnership between Slough Borough Council and Muse Developments. Novus Apartments is a collection of 64 studio suites, and one- and two-bedroom apartments being built on a former library site in the centre of Slough. Just off the High Street and on the doorstep of an array of shops and amenities, it’s a ten-minute walk to the railway station, which is already served by regular services into Paddington but which is also in the upcoming Elizabeth line.
Andy Howell, general manager for SUR, said: “We’ve had a lot of interest in Novus Apartments from first-time buyers, keen to take that first step onto the ladder in a regeneration area, which offers great connections. Finished to a high specification and with built-in appliances included, the apartments make an ideal first buy. Our latest incentive is designed to ease the upfront costs for our buyers, while also helping to reduce their monthly outgoings, during that first year in their new home.”
Terms and conditions apply to the offer. Find out more at www.novusapartments.co.uk.
