Keith OsborneWhatHouse? Award-winning Sunningdale House Developments is launching its latest collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom family homes this Saturday 22 January.
Situated off The Length in the Thanet village of St Nicholas At Wade, The Stables consists of 34 new build family properties and lies centrally between the cathedral city of Canterbury, ten miles to the west, and the harbour town of Ramsgate nine miles to the east.
David Pownceby, CEO of Sunningdale House Developments, an East Kent resident with a keen interest in improving the local surroundings for all, said: “We are very much looking forward to welcoming the first visitors to our new The Stables development. It is beautifully situated within easy reach of the coast, with great transport links, open countryside and close by thriving coastal resorts. St. Nicholas At Wade represents the perfect location for a new family home; from serenity, to hustle and bustle, the Isle of Thanet really has it all.”
The Stables launch will be held at the nearby Heritage Fields show home in St. Nicholas At Wade from 10.00am to 5.00pm on Saturday 22 January.
