Sunningdale House Developments has launched the latest range of homes at its growing Heritage Fields scheme...

Sunningdale House Developments – a recent winner at the prestigious WhatHouse? Awards 2022 – has unveiled a host of house types on the third phase of Heritage Fields, a successful development located at the edge of the village of St Nicholas-at-Wade in Kent.

This growing collection, situated under ten minutes’ drive from the much-loved coastal resorts of Herne Bay and Birchington-at-Sea and only ten miles from the historic city of Canterbury, has property designs and budgets to suit a range of house-hunters.

The village itself has a post office, two pubs (and much-admired brewery tap) and a primary school rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. There’s also easy access to many more shops and amenities at numerous town with half-an-hour’s drive, including Ramsgate, Faversham and Dover. With regular National Rail and High Speed railway services on the north Kent coastal line, the Olympic Park and centre of London are a convenient commute away.

Among the new homes for sale here is ‘The Birch’. At the front of this 1,230-sq-ft house is the living room with bay window, and at the rear is the spacious L-shaped, dual-aspect kitchen/dining room with a breakfast bar and French doors to the garden. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two of which are doubles, with bedroom one having an en suite. There’s also a family bathroom. This home comes with a single garage.

‘The Rowan’ is a double-fronted detached house with single garage and private driveway. There’s a spacious lounge with bay window at the front on one saide of the hallway, and a study on the other. There’s a spacious kitchen/dining room at the rear, and the downstairs layout is completed by a utility room and a cloakroom. Upstairs, one of the three double bedrooms has an en suite. The other two, together with single bedroom four, share the family bathroom. There’s 1,677 sq ft of living space in all. This home is priced from £640,000.

At £775,000, ‘The Langley’ is an impressive house and currently the top-of-the-range property for sale here. This expansive home provides 2,139 sq ft of living space with a flexible layout. There heart of the home is an open-plan kitchen/dining/family room with no fewer than four sets of French doors to open out to the garden. There’s a utility room with its own door to the outside. There are double doors from the dining area through to a large lounge at the front. Off the welcoming hallway are the cloakroom and a study. Bedroom one has the luxury of an en suite and dressing room, and bedroom two has it’s own en suite shower room. The two other doubles, and the single bedroom, are served by a family bathroom. Outside is the detached double garage and driveway.
