Keith OsborneThe Cambridgeshire new homes market is a very active one, with many live sites providing a spectrum of properties to suit many budgets and requirements, including some brand new to the market and some which are a ‘last chance’ to purchase at a development.
Developer Stonebond, recently launched its new development, Stonebond at Wintringham, a major new community just a 12-minute walk from St Neots. Stonebond is now building two- to five-bedroom homes and apartments positioned near the centre of the new neighbourhood, close to Wintringham Primary Academy and a children’s play area.
Annette Cole, sales and marketing director at Stonebond, commented: “Wintringham is a thriving place to live with its community feel and generous offerings of green spaces, making up nearly 40% of the development. We’re delighted to be adding our well designed, high-quality homes to this neighbourhood and it’s great to be able to offer such a variety of properties in the hope of attracting different types of buyers.”
Rebecca Britton, from the master developer team at Urban&Civic, added: "The launch of Stonebond’s homes marks the start of the next exciting chapter for Wintringham. The design and quality of the homes, alongside their sustainability features, perfectly blend into the setting we have created and connect with the new and existing facilities within the development and in the vibrant town of St Neots.”
Prices at Stonebond at Wintringham start from £400,000 for a three bedroom house. Find out more atwww.stonebondproperties.com
Hampton Beach show house from Barratt Homes
Brand new show homes at Barratt and David Wilson Homes’ Hampton Beach development in Peterborough are offering local homebuyers the very latest interior design inspiration. Now open to visitors to the site, they were expertly designed and styled by well-known interior designers, Artspace.
The show properties at Barratt Homes at Hampton Beach are the three-bedroom ‘Brancaster’ and the four-bedroom ‘Hesketh’ and ‘Chester’ style homes which promise to appeal to a range of home buyers. DWH at Hampton Beach has another collection, the three-bedroom ‘Cannington’, and four-bedroom ‘Holden’ and ‘Parkin’ styles of home.
Donna Clash, interior design administrator at Artspace, said: “We wanted to create homes with lots of personality and impact. The ‘Brancaster’ is full of bold prints and textured velvets. The whole house has a vibrant, young feel to it which makes it the perfect space for socialising with friends. The ‘Hesketh’ has a colour pallet of blues and warm taupes, with nods to the lakeside location seen in the artwork and accessories. We wanted the ‘Parkin’ to have a striking quality to it so we used many statement features, from unique headboards to wallpapered ceilings, creating a grown-up yet fun space to live in.”
Will Phair, sales director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes Cambridgeshire, said: “The way the show homes have been designed showcases that colour schemes in your home can transform the way you feel. It’s always exciting to reveal new show homes and we hope these homes at Hampton Beach will help buyers to envisage themselves living there.”
