Nature-Filled Show Home In North London

Posted 14 June 2022 by Helen Christie

St William has partnered with local florist, Urban Flower Co to design a show apartment at Clarendon, its major regeneration scheme in North London…

Clarendon from St William is a major regeneration scheme in North London and will provide more than 1,700 new homes, 125,000 sq ft of commercial space and five acres of green open space once complete.

Located in nearby Crouch End, Urban Flower Co is an independent plant and flower studio. Having designed a nature-filled show home, the show apartment takes inspiration from Clarendon’s green surrounding and aims to show buyers the potential their new home at Clarendon could have. Providing an opportunity to buy the plants and look around, St William is hosting a ‘nature in spaces exhibition’ between 23 – 30 June for potential buyers.

Clarendon (St William)

The latest collection of homes to launch at this 12-acre city village is named Moselle Gardens and builds on the progress already made at Clarendon, where more than 700 homes are either completed or under construction.

The 288 new homes at Moselle Gardens include studios, and one-, two- and three-bedroom homes – all of which boast private amenity space with balconies or access to private resident roof gardens, with many benefitting from sweeping city views across London. Residents at Moselle Gardens benefit from direct access to The Park Club - Clarendon’s extensive resident facilities, featuring a 16-metre swimming pool, sauna, steam room, spin cycle studio, yoga room, a state-of-the-art gym and treatment room.

The new pedestrian walking routes throughout Moselle Gardens help to provide new connections from Clarendon to the surrounding neighbourhoods of Wood Green, Alexandra Palace and Hornsey.

Designed by LDA Design, Clarendon will provide 22 pockets of public space and private courtyards for both residents and the local community to enjoy, including a new park (Hornsey Park) which opened towards the end of last year.

Uniquely located between four Zone 3 stations - Wood Green, Turnpike Lane, Hornsey and Alexandra Palace – residents enjoy outstanding connectivity into, and around, central London, with King’s Cross, Moorgate, Islington and Old Street just 20 minutes away.

Prices start from £485,000.
