High Street Interior Design At West London Show Home

Helen ChristieWhatHouse? Award-winning developer Berkeley St George recently launched a new show home with a twist. Specifically aimed at first-time buyers, the new show home at The Green Quarter in Southall in west London, features only items you can buy on the high street.
In a break from the norm, Berkeley has worked with its interior decorator John Coetzee, to furnish these properties using décor from high street favourites such as Dunelm, H&M Home, and Habitat. Coetzee curated a home with handpicked pieces to ensure the thoughtful and luxurious feel of a Berkeley home was maintained, but at a lower price point.
The in-built luxuries that buyers can expect from a Berkeley home remain, including underfloor heating, natural timber flooring, energy-efficient appliances, and rain showers available in all properties.
The décor in all of the apartments is chosen with the principle of bringing the outside in, drawing on flora and fauna to create a bespoke and relaxing energy.
These interiors are available in a two-bedroom apartment in The Harris, available for purchase at The Green Quarter, one of London’s most ambitious regeneration projects. The development is perfectly situated to provide access to the lush green space available at the development in Central Gardens and in neighbouring Minet Country Park, as well as speedy commutes into central London on the Elizabeth Line.

The Green Quarter offers a collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, set within 13 acres of parkland and benefitting from over 1km of canal frontage. Residents can enjoy the on-site amenities of a cafe and organic grocery store, as well as a residents’ only gym, screening room and work space.
Prices at the development range from £408,000 to £711,500.
