Helen ChristieThe final collection of new homes at Fulham Reach in Hammersmith has now been launched.
Delivered by WhatHouse? Award-winning developer St George, a member of the Berkeley Group, Palmer House offers a collection of 55 Manhattan, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, all of which include a balcony or terrace area. Once complete, Fulham Reach will be home to 744 apartments set alongside the River Thames.
As an extension to their home and as part of the hotel-inspired lifestyle, Fulham Reach provides residents with exclusive access to the Tamesis Club. This includes a 15-metre swimming pool and spa suite with a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, as well as a gym offering residents access to a programme of free yoga and HIIT classes. Personal training classes are also available and during the summer yoga sessions are hosted on the lawn area outside.
There are also private treatment rooms, a residents’ lounge, a 12-seat cinema room, snooker room, golf simulator suite, which is complimentary for an afternoon of entertainment or even those hosting a party. A 24-hour concierge is available, and residents also have the Fulham Reach Boat Club on their doorstep where both first-time rowers and more experienced racers can partake in indoor and on-the-water rowing experiences.
The development also has 262 cycle spaces available, so residents can enjoy exploring the local area on two wheels. Half of the eight-acre site is dedicated to open space and greenery, with a tree-lined boulevard leading right to the water’s edge, and thanks to thoughtful evergreen planting, a range of different colours can be seen throughout the year.

The new homes are also within walking distance of a number of restaurants and cafes, including Brasserie Blanc, Crisp Pizza W6 within The Chancellors pub, The Blue Boat riverside pub and restaurant, The Bread Lab for coffees and pastries, and the recently launched Charlotte’s Cloud for all-day-dining treats. The Caddi Club, which aims to provide the ultimate indoor golf experience, will also be opening its doors early in 2024 to members, and will include seven bays fitted with TrackMan technology, a fully stocked bar and a restaurant, as well as a luxury private bay available to hire for events.
Taking inspiration from the beautiful spiral shapes that can be found throughout Fulham Reach, from the flowers and the swirls of the water, through to the spiral found on the base of the Figurehead sculpture and the labyrinth-style landscaping, a new show home called Helix has been unveiled to celebrate the final launch.
The natural spiral has formed a crucial part of the interior design, which has been curated by interior design studio, Atellior, with the key aesthetics focusing on providing a soothing and calming yet interesting and layered look.

Stephen Kirwan, regional managing director, St George West London, comments: “Over the last decade we have seen Fulham Reach transform from a neglected brownfield site, once home to the Hammersmith Distillery and factories, into a beautiful riverside setting for both residents and the public alike. During that time, we have established a new landscaped walk connecting the river with Frank Banfield Park for the first time, welcomed over 600 residents into their new homes, and worked with exciting businesses to provide circa 40,000 sq.ft of local amenities including shops and restaurants. Palmer House is the final piece of the Fulham Reach puzzle, providing first-time buyers, young couples and families with a riverside retreat that has easy access to the rest of the Capital.”
Fulham Reach is just a five-minute walk from Hammersmith station, with Leicester Square 18 minutes away on the Piccadilly line. King’s Cross International is also just 24 minutes away, while residents can be transported to Heathrow Airport in 30 minutes.
Prices for the Manhattan apartments start from £695,000.
