Posted 18 October 2022 by Helen Christie

St George has unveiled a new Community Hub at its Grand Union development in Alperton…

St George, part of the Berkeley Group, has launched a new Community Hub and surrounding public realm at its Grand Union development in Alperton, North West London.

The event showcased the Community Hub, a preview of newly installed public art sculpture called ‘The Next Step’, a renovated canal boat PAVO and landscaped canalside piazza. Guests were able to enjoy a selection of street food, drink, community dance performances, art workshops, music and face painting.

Grand Union is a collection of Manhattan, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes set within landscaped gardens and waterside walks. Residents facilities at the development include a lounge and ten-pin bowling alley, as well as a waterfall garden to relax and unwind in. There are 14 acres of open space, and a waterside piazza with cafes, restaurants and bars, and the new Community Hub, with community gardens and kitchen providing workshops and flexible event spaces for new and existing residents, at the heart.

The development is located just a few moments from Stonebridge Park station in Zone 3, giving residents easy access to central London. Wembley is also nearby, and there is easy access to the North Circular.

Prices at Grand Union range from £432,500 to £972,500.
