Affordable Apartments Come To Surrey Residential Hotspot

Farnham, named by real estate agency Garrington as the best place to live in Surrey 2022, and one of the best places to live in the UK by The Times, is where housing association SO Resi has launched 72 one- and two-bedroom Shared Ownership apartments starting from £85,500.

Forming part of Crest Nicholson’s Brightwells Yard regeneration scheme, the apartments will be available through Shared Ownership, meaning that buyers are able to purchase a minimum share of 25%, with just a 5% deposit required. Buyers will then have the option to gradually increase their share in the future through a process known as staircasing.
