Shanly Homes has recently launched a brand new show apartment at its flagship development, Waterside Quarter, in Maidenhead.

Representing the next phase of apartments to be released at the scheme, the two-bedroom apartment is located in the Paradiso building, overlooking the rejuvenated waterways of the York Stream.

Offering relaxing waterside views come rain or shine, the new two bedroom show apartment, designed by Abode Interiors, enjoys a large wraparound terrace, where residents can take in the calming sights and sounds of living by the water. The terrace can be accessed via the luxurious primary bedroom, which comes complete with an en suite and fitted wardrobes, or through French doors in the living room.

Kate Massey, interior designer at Abode Interiors, commented: "Inspired by eye-catching pieces of contemporary art, the aim of this design is to achieve understated luxury. It combines a paired back, neutral palette with bold pops of rusty reds for a cosy yet contemporary look. The sofa and media unit have been created bespoke to fit the space and the clean lines continue into the bedrooms; softened by custom made cushions and hand-picked accessories, tying the scheme together. Calming and homely but packing a punch.”

Waterside QuarterAn open-plan kitchen/living/dining room provides a hub of the home, with ample space for home working, and the kitchen benefits from integrated appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The spacious second bedroom also enjoys views across the water, with a family bathroom and plenty of extra storage space completing the property. Residents at Waterside Quarter will also have access to private, secure underground parking.

Toby Parkinson, sales manager at Shanly Homes Thames Valley, commented: “There are lots of exciting things happening at Waterside Quarter at the moment, and we have already seen an influx of new enquiries following the show home launch. Waterside backdrops have always been popular with homebuyers, but they have come into their own over the last 18 months. The new show home at Waterside Quarter perfectly showcases the benefits of living by the water to prospective purchasers, and buyers here can get the best of both worlds with the buzz of the town centre just moments away too.”

Waterside Quarter is situated within a newly emerging restaurant, retail and leisure quarter, residents can enjoy first-class facilities such as Coppa Club and the recently announced Australian fitness brand F45, complete a state-of-the-art studio. With excellent connections to London Paddington in 19 minutes via Maidenhead station and easy access to some of Berkshire’s best beauty spots, Waterside Quarter offers cosmopolitan style alongside waterside tranquillity.

Prices at Waterside Quarter start from just £270,000 with Help to Buy available. Find out more at [email protected]
