New Prices On Plots At Pershore Development

Housing provider Sanctuary has reduced the prices on some of the new homes for sale at The Orchards in Drakes Broughton, a village near Pershore in Worcestershire.

One example is ‘The Gala’ a contemporary three-bedroom detached home with ample space for a couple or small family, and now priced from £365,000. The living room at the front of the house has an attractive bay window and leads to the kitchen/diner at the rear, from where French doors open to the garden. There’s also the bonus of utility room and downstairs cloakroom. Two of the three bedrooms are doubles (one coming with en suite), the third could be equally suitable as a home office, nursery or a host of other uses. The bathroom completes the upstairs layout.

Another is ‘The Russet’, which is a four-bedroom detached house on Plot 98, now priced from £419,500.
