Salford Apartment Development Tops Out

Keith OsborneFifty5ive, the 18-storey residential scheme in Salford being constructed by Domis for developer Salboy, has officially topped out and is on track for a September completion.
Designed by Jon Matthews Architects, it will provide 115 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes in three linked buildings with resident amenities including south-facing roof terraces. Fifty5ive sits opposite the award-winning LOCAL Blackfriars development, also by Salboy and JMA, within the characterful Greengate neighbourhood.

Apartments are priced from £230,000 for a two-bedroom apartment to £423,000 for a three-bedroom duplex.
A show apartment, with interior furnishings styled by Fiona Woodward-Kelly, is now open on the first floor of Fifty5ive allowing customers to experience the spaces first-hand.
