Posted 3 March 2016 by Keith Osborne

House-hunters will be able to take a first-hand look at build quality and interiors inspiration at Stanley Park after the launch of the 'Highgate' show house...

House-hunters in Bristol will from this Saturday 5 March be able to look around a brand new show home to discover the build quality of new homes at Stanley Park, the Redrow development located off Long Down Avenue in Cheswick Village.

The five-bedroom ‘Highgate’ show home has been fully furnished by a professional interior designer, showing what family life over the three-storey property could be like. The layout offers plots of floor space and flexibility, with an open-plan kitchen/dining/family room and a separate lounge. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and dressing room, with other bedrooms, a bathroom and shower room spread over the top two floors.

The Stanley Park development offers a mix of 62 three-, four- and five-bedroom homes from Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection, inspired by the Arts and Crafts architecture of the early 20th century but laid out and fitted to the utmost modern standards inside. Prices start from £374,995 for the current selection of properties for sale.

Cheswick Village, in north Bristol, has its own brand new primary school, Wallscourt Farm Academy, and good public transport links into the city centre. It’s also convenient for the M32, M4 and M5 and under two miles from well-connected Bristol Parkway station.

Philippa Attwood, area sales manager for Redrow South West, says: “Bristol is such a vibrant city, it’s no surprise our previous developments here have proven so popular. Thanks to a range of excellent local schools and great transport links nearby, Stanley Park is perfect for everyone from first-time buyers through to couples looking to downsize, and has a wide range of fantastic properties available to choose from. We’re encouraging homebuyers to take a look around the Highgate show home to get a feel for the development.”
