Redrow has redecorated two show homes at its Eaton Green Heights development in Luton to bring in the latest interiors trends, and is opening them to house-hunters on Saturday 24 April.

The ‘Oxford’ and ‘Grantham Semi’ show homes have been updated to bring them in line with the most coveted design trends in 2021 in order to inspire buyers about what they can do when they move into one of the brand new homes there.

The colour palette of the four-bedroom ‘Grantham Semi’, a townhouse across three floors, features fresh spring tones of rosemary green, muted warm organic pigments, soft pastel and indigo blue hues. Velvet furnishings, marble and natural materials are used throughout the home, complementing each other to create bright and welcoming rooms. The kitchen features dark ash kitchen worktops and Amtico wooden flooring, which continues into the hallway creating a continuous and open feel. In the principal bedroom the soft spring colour palette continues, with a dusky pink feature wallpaper, blended with earthy tones, aligning with industry leading trends. The wardrobe doors have beautifully fitted mirrors alongside accent brass touches, which elevates the bedroom to give a boutique feel.

Eaton Green HeightsThe second show home, the ‘Oxford’, a four-bedroom detached family home from Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection, blends a richer colour palette of deeper blue hues, teal, mustard and greys. The kitchen features an upgraded white shaker style kitchen, striking asymmetric abstract prints and washed light wood furniture to ensure the hub of the home is a light and welcoming space. The principal bedroom features elegant warm neutral tones set alongside fittings and furnishings of deep navy and brushed gold. The additional three bedrooms each incorporate on trend shades of muted greens, woven gold and blue textures, deep greys, blush pink and warm tan leather accents. This ‘Oxford’ show home is filled with feature artwork, natural greenery, organic feature lighting and high-quality contemporary pieces of furniture. Mixed metal finishes, soft woods, stone and mineral surfaces bring comfort and richness. Marbles, washed woods and brushed gold is seen in in key pieces of furniture, coffee tables, console tables and sideboards, in both show homes at Eaton Green Heights.

Hugely popular, two-thirds of the homes at Eaton Green Heights have sold, with over a hundred homeowners moved in. The new homes have proven especially popular with first-time buyers due to the commuter connections to the capital and surrounding amenities.

Eaton Green HeightsKerry McCoubrey, sales director at Redrow Eastern, commented: “We are thrilled to be reopening our show homes at Eaton Green Heights, which has proven very popular to date. Careful attention to detail has been given to both of the show homes interior design with consideration given to the colour palette, fixtures and soft furnishings. We encourage anyone interested in buying a home with Redrow to head to these show homes on Saturday 24 April, to truly get a feel of what’s on offer with us.”

The transport links at Eaton Green Heights are excellent, with trains taking commuters into London St Pancras in as little as 24 minutes, and Blackfriars in around 45 minutes. While it might be ideal for commuters, there is also lots to do on the doorstep, including the Chiltern Hills at nearby Dunstable where it is possible to escape the fast-paced life for the peace and quiet of the countryside in no time. There is significant investment in the local area too and plans for new shops, cinemas and restaurants.

Three- and four-bedroom homes are currently available with prices starting at £424,995. Find out more about Eaton Green Heights from Redrow.
