Redrow Launches Second Community Of Homes In Barnham

Windmill Views is the housebuilder’s second venture in the area, following Ashdown Vale to the north-west of the village. Once complete Windmill Views will comprise 95 new homes, ranging in size from two- to four-bedrooms. In addition, there will be pockets of green open space, a cycle route and a walkway, connecting residents to the wider community.
The properties at Windmill Views are from Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection, inspired by the Arts & Crafts architectural movement of the 1930s. These have intricately designed red or yellow brick exteriors, with traditional features such as gable ended roofs, while interiors are up-to-date with spacious, bright and modern, benefiting from high ceilings, large windows, and open-plan living.
As part of the initial launch, six homes are available to purchase, starting in price from £444,950.
Barnham is surrounded by swathes of countryside, but remains impressively well connected to other towns and cities. Residents at Windmill Views will be a five-minute walk from the railway station, with trains to Chichester taking just seven minutes and direct trains to London Victoria in under 90 minutes. Several southern coastal towns are also only a short drive away, including Littlehampton, Climping and Bognor Regis, not to mention the South Downs AONB.
