Redrow has unveiled a series of new show houses at developments in Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire...

Redrow is inviting house-hunters across the East of England to take a look at show homes it has just launched at two of its sites in the region.

The three-bedroom ‘Leamington Lifestyle’ house type has been unveiled at both Lucas Gardens in Shefford and Cottenham Grove, Cottenham. This combines a traditional exterior and modern interior, making it the perfect family home for all generations to enjoy. An open-plan kitchen, dining and family area, complete with exterior access to the garden, creates the perfect area to socialise, while a separate lounge provides a relaxing retreat to enjoy downtime. Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms features its own en suite, with the master bedroom also including a walk-in wardrobe. This house type starts at £565,950 at Lucas Gardens and at £529,950 at Cottenham Grove.

Also at both developments is a professionally interior-designed detached ‘Harrogate’, which features a spacious lounge and a separate open-plan kitchen and dining area which allows natural light to flood into the property. Upstairs, the master bedroom is complete with an en suite, and the fourth bedroom could easily be utilised as a guest bedroom, home office or playroom.

The third show house at Lucas Gardens is called the ‘Henley’ which is generously proportioned and features a double garage, two en suite bedrooms and an impressive 36ft family dining and kitchen area, providing plenty of space for all of the family. The property provides a traditional exterior that complements the contemporary chic decor inside. Upstairs, the property features four bedrooms, as well as a large family bathroom.

At Cottenham Grove, the third show house is the semi-detached ‘Letchworth’ which has a separate lounge and an open-plan kitchen/dining area, with additional space thanks to a convenient laundry room and downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom features an en suite, with a further two bedrooms providing ample space for all of the family.

Suzanne Irons, sales director for Redrow South Midlands, said: “Our homes have always proved incredibly popular in this region. We warmly invite anyone who likes the idea of living in a rural area without compromising on travel connections and local amenities.”
