Launch Of New Homes In Witham This Weekend

Saturday 11 July sees the launch of the latest phase of homes at The Mulberries, a Redrow development in Witham, Essex.

The 50 three- and four-bedroom properties are the first examples from the housebuilder’s multi-award-winning, 1930s-influenced Heritage Collection of house types and mark the next step in a development which will see 750 new homes to the well-connected town, 10 miles north-east of Chelmsford.

This newest phase of homes will be available to purchase off-plan and buyers are able to personalise their homes by choosing kitchen styles, bathroom tiles and fitted wardrobes using ‘My Redrow’, the online members’ area, which allows buyers to make all these decisions at a click of a button and to follow the build of their new home.

The sales centre and show homes are open for both appointments and walk-ins, all hosted with stringent social distancing protocols, rigorous cleaning regimes. There are three show homes at The Mulberries in a range of house styles available. Alternatively,interested buyers can also access virtual viewings online, speak to sales consultants remotely and legally reserve a new home through the MyRedrow system.

The 750 homes in the completed development will include a whole range of one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and there will also be a primary school, enterprise centre and allotments.

Four-bedroom homes in the latest phase start at £448,995 and Help to Buy, the government-backed scheme providing buyers with a 20% equity free loan, is available. Redrow also offers their own Help to Sell scheme, which assists existing homeowners with the sale of their previous property.
