With the nearby Abbey Farm development now sold out, WhatHouse? Award-winning Redrow has released the latest phase at Badbury Park in Swindon.

A variety of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes are available at Badbury Park, all of which are part of Redrow’s Heritage Collection, which is inspired by the Arts and Crafts era in design and craftsmanship, with contemporary interiors.

‘The Avon’, available from £245,995, is a two-bedroom home perfect for first-time buyers and couples alike. A spacious lounge spans the full width of the property, and features large patio doors that open onto the garden, allowing light to flow through the heart of the home. Upstairs, there are two generous-sized bedrooms and a family bathroom, offering everything that a first-time buyer or young family might need.

With three bedrooms, including a master bedroom that has twin built-in wardrobes and a large en suite, ‘The Letchworth’ is ideal for growing families and available from £330,000. The third bedroom can be easily used as a home office or wellness space, and a large open-plan kitchen and dining room, that opens out onto the garden, provides the perfect location to enjoy time together with loved ones.

Badbury Park also has its show home, ‘The Kensington’, available to reserve from £399,995. This four-bedroom property, which will be ready to move into in summer 2021, is as flexible as it is practical and spans across three floors. Two of the bedrooms boast an en suite, and the balcony, situated off the lounge, is an added touch of luxury. On the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen/dining area provides a social space perfect for family life, while a separate lounge on the middle floor offers the perfect area to escape and relax. The property is complete with a west-facing landscaped garden, worktops, tiling, flooring and furniture included.

The KensingtonSarah Boyce, sales director for Redrow Thames Valley, said: “The homes at Abbey Farm have proved incredibly popular with homebuyers in Swindon, and we are thrilled to have been able to help so many people discover their dream home.

“Changes in lifestyle over the past few months have realigned the priorities of prospective homebuyers, with more outdoor space and home offices high on the priority list for a new home. With the launch of our sixth phase at Badbury Park, we encourage those looking to move house to book an appointment, as we anticipate these homes will be extremely popular once again.

“We’re particularly excited to offer the rare opportunity to buy one of our fully-furnished showhomes. With fitted wardrobes, flooring and various upgrades throughout, this is the perfect chance to move into a house that is already a home.”

Situated on the edge of the picturesque Coate Water Country Park, yet within easy reach of both the M4 and Swindon town centre, Badbury Park is perfect for first-time buyers and growing families alike. The development has its own primary school, and is just five minutes from a secondary school.
