Redrow has launched a new collection of homes at its Cwrt Sant Ioan development in Plasdwr, available under the Help to Buy Wales initiative.

Now available from £220,995, they are priced under the £250,000 threshold to qualify for the government-backed scheme, first-time buyers purchase a brand new home with a 5% deposit.
