Rangeford Villages has officially opened the marketing suite at Homewood Grove, its latest lifestyle village for the over 60’s in Chertsey, giving prospective buyers looking to secure a home at the modern new village the opportunity to reserve a plot off-plan.

The 4.7-hectare village will offer 116 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments complete with exclusive on-site amenities and 24/7 support services. The first show home will be available in Autumn 2023 with residents expected to move in by Spring 2024.

Interested buyers are encouraged to visit the marketing suite to get detailed information about securing a home in their desired location, as well as updates on the village’s latest developments, property information and prices, with one-bedroom apartments starting from £490,000.

Sarah Burgess, group sales and marketing director at Rangeford Villages, comments: “The opportunity to buy off-plan gives buyers the chance to have control over the overall look and practicality of the property, including everything from working with the builders to tailoring the design to their exact needs. Securing a plot early, means buyers have the chance to reserve a property in their chosen area on their ideal plot, plus there’s the advantage of securing the property at the current market price. We are already receiving lots of sales enquiries and would encourage those interested to visit the marketing suite to find out about the extensive range of properties, amenities and services available at this stunning contemporary community.”

Homewood Grove will be home to several state-of-the-art amenities to encourage residents to lead an active lifestyle. Facilities will include a wellbeing centre (pool, steam room and sauna), gym, dance studio, bistro and bar complete with a coffee shop, a cinema room, and a hair and beauty salon.

Each home will be fitted with TIS Sentinel SmartLink tablets to allow residents to stay fully connected, including everything from getting updates on village life, communicating with the concierge and staff team, and door entry control.  FitBit watches that are given to all residents will also be integrated with this in-home technology.

Properties at Homewood Grove will be highly energy efficient, and each apartment will feature underfloor heating, double-glazed picture windows and an all-electric energy system to help lower bills and reduce the environmental impact. Other initiatives include solar panels, electric car charging points, and an electric pool car will be available for use.

Homewood Grove is conveniently located close to the historic market town of Chertsey with its abundance of shops, restaurants and attractions. It’s well connected with easy access to the M25, with excellent rail links into central London, that can be reached in just under an hour. There will also be direct pedestrian access to neighbouring Homewood Park, which offers 23 hectares of nature trails, pathways, cycle routes and horse trails. Foxhills Country Club, with its two golf courses and sports facilities is conveniently located nearby.
