Part Exchange Event in Chapelton This Weekend
Major developer and housing provider Places for People is hosting a buyer event at the growing Chapelton development in Aberdeenshire on Sunday 21 May,
Taking place between 11,00am and 4.00pm at the Sales Office at 149 Greenlaw Road, this event will be offering free advice about Part Exchange from expert sales executives and the Mortgage Advice Bureau about the many benefits of using the Part Exchange to reduce the costs of selling an existing property, and the hassles and uncertainties of the traditional ‘property chain’.
If you’re interested in attending, you can book an appointment to guarantee a convenient time. To make it more of a day out, there’s a Farmer’s Market also taking place in Chapelton, where many local traders will be offering a whole array of different food types to enjoy at home, and plenty to eat on the spot.
The Chapelton development a creating a ‘sustainable town’ situated only a few miles from the shops and amenities of Stonehaven and Aberdeen city centre and close to a beautiful coastline and green countryside. When completed, there will be around 8,000 new homes as well as a host of new amenities and some areas which will be providing new job opportunities.
Prices for currently available homes range from £235,000 to £410,000. We recently took a close look at one as our Home of the Day, which illustrates the architectural design and build quality buyers can expect in their own new home.
