New Home Types In Next Phase At Chapelton
Continuing its work in creating a new community for Aberdeenshire, Places for People has launched a new phase of homes for sale at Chapelton.
The new phase consists of 49 new homes, with the first seven properties now available for sale. Maintaining its commitment to placemaking, Chapelton is a community for everybody with the homes available through a range of options including mid-market rent and for sale including the popular shared equity scheme.
The homes have also been designed to cater for a range of residents and feature new bespoke house types, giving customers in Chapelton a one-off opportunity to opt for newly designed two-, three- and four-bedroom detached, terraced, apartment and coach house property types.
An example of the newly available house types in the three-bedroom, three-bathroom ‘Lauriston’, for sale on Plots 1 and 2 priced at £290,000. At 1,171 sq ft, it offers generously sized rooms including a vestibule leading onto an expansive living room with French doors that open out to a private garden. There is a bright and spacious open-plan, fully fitted kitchen/dining area and a handy utility room with access to private garden, and a WC. ‘Lauriston’ house type
On Plot 31 is the three-bedroom, end-of-terrace ‘Dumbreck’, priced at £275,000.
