Off-Plan Launch Of New Homes In Harrogate

With an official launch in September, developer Persona has released the new homes at its Watling Grange development in Harrogate for keen buyers to purchase off-plan.

It’s a collection of ‘one-of-a-kind’ homes which will be designed in line with Harrogate’s architectural history. The new homes, priced from £280,000, will reflect the stone architecture which has given Harrogate its famous look but combine this with many modern features such as free-flowing open-plan living, large dual-aspect windows and a high specification throughout.

Residents will also benefit from the creation of ‘The Meadows’; a wonderful green space with a network of footpaths, cycle ways, allotments and community gardens.

The developer expects that like previous developments up and down the country, demand for the two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes is likely to be high. In all, around 350 homes will be built on the site of the 46-acre former quarry, about three miles from the town.

The development has a range of different house types which offer versatile living spaces, perfect for the new work/life balance that is becoming more important in the ‘new normal’.
