Limited-Time Offers On Housebuilder’s Cumbria Developments

House-hunters in Cumbria who are keen to pursue their New Year’s resolution to find an ideal brand new home in 2023 have only a limited time to make the most of a special deal that Persimmon Homes is offering at its developments in the county.

The offer is available, subject to terms and conditions, on properties reserved by 28 February 2023. Qualifying buyers can choose between the chance to live mortgage-free for the first ten months in their new home, or taking up the opportunity of 105% Part Exchange, meaning a bonus on top of the independent valuation of their existing property.

Tarraby View is in Carlisle and bringing a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes – including three-bedroom dormer bungalows – to a site less than two miles from the city centre and only a few minutes’ drive to the major roads that connect to other towns and cities. The current new homes on offer start at £155,000 and our favourite is ‘The Hanbury’ , a three-bedroom family home with a bright open-plan kitchen/dining room which has French doors leading into the garden. On the other side of Carlisle, within a short drive of the city’s excellent shops, amenities and entertainment venues, Speckled Wood will also comprise two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes together with the addition of two-bedroom apartments – a really wide mix of property types suiting a range of budgets. Starting prices for the currently available properties are from £160,000 to £290,000. One option is ‘The Hornsea’ at £255,000, a detached house with single integral garage and private driveway.
