A New Collection Of Homes In Newcastle-Under-Lyme

Posted 20 April 2021 by Keith Osborne

A brand new development of three- and four-bedroom homes has been unveiled to Staffordshire house-hunters...

Some 133 new homes are coming to Newcastle-under-Lyme with the launch of the latest development from Persimmon Homes North West.

The Hamptons is located off Keele Road and provides a collection of modern, affordable three- and four-bedroom family properties which have been designed to meet the needs of young professionals, growing families and downsizers looking to live within a great community.

The first completions are due by Christmas, but the properties are already proving a hit with customers as they reserve off-plan.

Sales manager Nina Whalley said: “We are already seeing buyers wanting to get ahead of the game and secure their preferred property and location within the development.”

She added that that there are many advantages of buying off-plan before a single brick has been laid: “Customers can truly personalise their home by choosing a range of fixtures and fittings such as kitchen units, flooring, tiles or accessories. It also means that buyers have the maximum amount of time to get everything sorted, taking some of the stress out of moving home.”

Properties at the development start from £179,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached house, ‘The Barton’. It is a popular family home with its bright open-plan kitchen/diner with French doors leading into the garden. It features a downstairs cloakroom, three handy storage cupboards and en suite to bedroom one.

Alternatively, ‘The Windermere’ is an attractive three-storey property offering open-plan kitchen/diner, well-proportioned living room and three good-sized bedrooms. The top floor first bedroom also has a spacious en suite. The enclosed porch, downstairs cloakroom, two storage cupboards and off-road parking means it's practical as well as stylish, and is available from just £184,995.

The Hamptons is located on the outskirts of Keele in the market town of Newcastle-under-Lyme, with convenient access to the M6. Leisure facilities on the doorstep include Apedale Country Park and Alsager Golf and Country Club, while the area is well served by a selection of highly regarded schools. All homes will benefit from ultra-fast, full fibre-optic FibreNest broadband.

The newly launched marketing suite is open from Thursday to Monday, 11.00am to 6.00pm, strictly by appointment only. Find out more about The Hamptons from Persimmon Homes.
