First Homes For Sale At Ashford Development

Posted 12 May 2021 by Keith Osborne

Persimmon Homes is offering the first homes for sale off-plan at its Bridgefield development in the growing Kent town...

A selection of new homes for sale at an Ashford development is proving popular with local buyers.

The range of two-, three- and four-bedroom properties at Bridgefield, located on Cheeseman’s Green Lane, are the latest to be delivered by Persimmon Homes in the town, following their popular Manor Park development.

Sales manager Chris Gabb said: “Bridgefield has been designed to meet the needs of young professionals, growing families and downsizers looking to live within a great community. With our new collection of house types, offering that little bit extra space, there really is something for everyone at this lovely development.”

This first phase of 87 properties includes two-bedroom semi-detached ‘Singleton’ style houses priced from £281,950. These practical and modern homes have an open-plan dining kitchen with French doors leading into the garden. The main bedroom has an en suite and there are three handy storage cupboards.

The ‘Greenwich’ is a four-bedroom detached property available from £459,950, and features a dual-aspect living room with garden access, downstairs cloakroom and utility area, and en suite to the main bedroom.

Chris added that there are many advantages of buying off-plan: “Customers can personalise their home by choosing a range of fixtures and fittings such as kitchen units, flooring, tiles or accessories. What’s more, all of our properties come with a two-year Persimmon Homes warranty and a ten-year insurance-backed new homes warranty.”

Ashford is a cosmopolitan hub that celebrates its history while embracing modern living. Less than 60 miles from central London, Ashford’s mainline railway station provides a regular service to the capital. The town is also conveniently placed for access to the M20, the port of Dover and the Eurotunnel terminal at Folkestone.

The marketing suite and four-bedroom ‘Eastwell’ show house at Bridgefield have both now re-opened but strictly by appointment only.
