Posted 17 June 2021 by Keith Osborne

Persimmon Homes has released the first two- and three-bedroom properties at Bannerbrook Park, Coventry...

Persimmon Homes is bringing a select choice of 90 much-needed new homes to Coventry with the launch of its latest development, Bannerbrook Park.

This collection of two- and three-bedroom houses and two-bedroom apartments is located off off Jasper Close on the site of the old Massey Ferguson factory, just a stone’s throw from Coventry city centre. Sixty-seven of the homes are for private sale.

The first homes have now been released for sale and include the terraced two-bedroom ‘Alnwick’ house type, with an open-plan kitchen/diner and available from just £223,000. Alternatively, the three-bedroom detached ‘Lockwood’ is a generously proportioned family home with open-plan kitchen/dining room, French doors leading from the living room into the garden, downstairs cloakroom, and en suite to the first bedroom, all available from £327,000.

Sarah Preston, sales director for Persimmon Homes Central, said: “We are thrilled to finally release for sale our new homes at what is a fantastic site in Coventry.

“The development is perfect for first-time buyers, growing families or investors, with a wide variety of stunning homes available. We have already had a huge amount of interest in this development, with a number of both houses and apartments reserved during our opening week.”

Bannerbrook Park provides easy access to neighbouring cities, towns and villages with great transport links. Coventry itself is currently revelling in its UK City of Culture status, showcasing its striking cathedral, and wide range of pubs, wine bars and restaurants.
