Last Chance To Buy At Coventry Development

A new show home is one of just a few homes remaining for sale at Persimmon Homes' Bannerbrook Park...

A brand new show home has opened at a popular development in Coventry – just as would-be buyers are warned to hurry up or risk missing out.

Persimmon Homes are nearing completion of Bannerbrook Park, on Jasper Close, with just a handful of properties remaining for sale, including the three-bedroom ‘Derwent’ show home.

Sarah Preston, sales director for Persimmon Homes Central, said: “Bannerbrook Park has been an exciting development for us, and we always have mixed feelings as we near the end. Seeing people happily settled into their new homes gives everyone on the team a real sense of achievement, but we are also sad to say goodbye to the neighbourhood.

“The development has proven to be a real property hotspot with customers relocating to the area, or existing homeowners looking to stay, with something to suit every type of buyer.”

The remaining homes include the three-bedroom semi-detached ‘Windermere’ style house, priced from just £270,000, which includes a bright kitchen/diner with French doors to the garden and a large first bedroom with en suite. Also, a single two-bedroom ‘Alnwick’ remains for sale, a mid-terrace house with modern open plan kitchen/diner – perfect for entertaining – priced at £225,000.

A stone’s throw from Coventry city centre, Bannerbrook Park has a range of local convenience stores nearby – including the Arena Park shopping centre – and excellent transport links. Find out more from Persimmon Homes.
