Buyer Event For Over-55s In Kent This Weekend

Pentland Homes is hosting a by-appointment only event at Terlingham Gardens on Saturday 29 August, between 10.00am and 4.00pm, for an exclusive last chance to purchase the last remaining bungalows at the development.

The event will take place and is organised to strict health and safety social distancing rules. Temperatures will be taken from readers at entrance. All appointments have screens between customers and staff and sanitised before each appointment. Masks, hand sanitiser and gloves will be available.

Terlingham Gardens is a gated community for over-55s, set in landscaped, step-free grounds.
