In celebration of Shared Ownership Week 2020, Peabody is launching its Pick ‘n’ Mix incentive at Greenway at Beckton Parkside.

Prospective buyers who reserve a home at the development 17-23 September will receive £1,500 towards either their legal fees, service charge, rent or a gift card for John Lewis/B&Q.

Shared Ownership is offered on studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on the well-connected east London development, situated just across the river from Greenwich, and within easy reach of Canary Wharf.

Andrew Peglau, assistant director of marketing at Peabody, commented: “Shared Ownership Week is an important date in our yearly calendar, and this year we are really excited to launch our Pick ‘n’ Mix incentive*. We hope that this generous offer will further help buyers onto the property ladder and encourage potential purchasers to book either a virtual or in person viewing to learn more about Greenway and the Shared Ownership scheme for themselves. Located next door to Beckton Park and with landscaped communal gardens, residents here have access to plenty of open green space and are well positioned to commute into Central London via bike or train.”

All apartments at Greenway offer an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with large windows for plenty of natural light, and each further benefits from an outside balcony. Bedrooms have plush carpets and built-in wardrobes. Bathrooms come with a full-width mirror, white Roca sanitaryware and chrome fixtures and fittings.

Greenway at Beckton Parkside, adjacent to the open space of Beckton Park, forms part of a new town emerging within the Thames Gateway region, with a range of amenities close by with a variety of cafés, restaurants, retail outlets, gyms and shops available locally. Westfield Stratford City is around four miles away and home to a range of high street and designer shops, restaurants, All Star Lanes Bowling and Vue Cinema.

There’s secure bike storage for all apartments as well as easy access onto Supercycle Highway CS3 which runs from Beckton to Hyde Park. Royal Albert DLR station in Zone 3 is just a mile away, from where it is just over 20 minutes to Canary Wharf and 30 minutes to Bank. London City Airport is also reachable in just 12 minutes via car.

Properties at Greenway at Beckton Parkside are available in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. Prices start from £70,500 for a 30% share, based on the full market value of £235,000.
