Peabody is launching a new collection of two-bedroom Shared Ownership apartments at Southmere, part of the Thamesmead regeneration in Abbey Wood, which is becoming an increasingly popular and in-demand area for first-time buyers following the opening of the Elizabeth line last year.

Available by appointment only, purchasers are invited to the Southmere Sales & Marketing Suite between 10.00am and 6.00pm to tour both the wider development and show home, with the sales team on hand to answer any questions.
