Home Reach Available On Apartments In Tipton

Local estate agency Paul Dubberley in Great Bridge is offering assistance to buyers looking to make a move on to the property ladder with apartments available through the part buy-part rent Home Reach scheme at Harpers Place in Tipton.

Home Reach aims to make homeownership more affordable for those struggling to save a deposit for a full-priced home allowing buyers to purchase part of a property using a mortgage and deposit. It is then possible to increase the share of the property over time, known as ‘staircasing’, until eventually the full 100% of the home is owned.
