The Latest New Development Opens In Polesworth

The government’s new Help to Buy scheme will also be available on this development. The new scheme is for first-time buyers only and will be available on any home on this development, up to the value of £255,600. The scheme will see purchasers needing just a 5% deposit, and the government will lend up to a further 20% in the form of an interest-free loan, which will help to reduce the monthly mortgage repayments for the first five years.

The Poet’s Rest sales office is now open Thursday to Monday between 10.00am and 5.00pm, at present by appointment only.
