A range of two- and three-bedroom homes can still be snapped up at Owl Homes' small River Fields development...

Housebuilder Owl homes has reported that half of the properties at a boutique development in Southam, Warwickshire, have now been sold – but that a variety of house types remain for sale.

River Fields is an exclusive collection of family homes in the popular market town and comprises just ten properties in six different styles, catering for a wide range of requirements and budgets. All of the remaining homes could make an ideal first step on the property ownership ladder.

The ‘Bracken’ on Plot 4 is a two-bedroom end-of-terrace house which could be perfect for first time buyers or young couples. The ground floor comprises an extensive hallway, cosy kitchen, cloakroom and L-shaped lounge/diner with French doors leading to the rear garden. On the first floor, there are two bright double bedrooms and a family bathroom. With two private parking spaces, this home is priced from £270,000.

The ‘Wilkin’ is a semi-detached two-bedroom bungalow which is priced from £295,000 on both Plot 5 and Plot 6. At the front of this property are two double bedrooms, both with triple windows offering plenty of natural light. Moving along the hallway, you’ll find the elegant bathroom before reaching the open-plan kitchen/diner, with adoor to the rear garden, and a sepArate lounge, which also offers garden access through French doors. This home type comes with private parking.

Finally, the ‘Morgan’ is available for buyers who need a larger home, and there are two for sale, on Plot 2 and Plot 3, priced from £315,000 and £310,000 respectively. These homes have a modern layout and characterful external appearance, including a decorative chimney and porch canopy. An extended hallway leads to a cloakroom, spacious kitchen and a lounge/diner with French doors, making a perfect space for relaxing or entertaining. Upstairs, the master bedroom comes with a generous en suite, and there are also an elegant family bathroom and two guest bedrooms, one of which would make an ideal home office, nursery or hobby room.
