Keith OsborneBerkeley is hosting a webinar at 12.30pm on Thursday 26 November called ‘Making Sense of the Market’, in which several industry experts will be talking house-hunters through the current state of the property market and answering questions live.
The event will cater for first-time buyers, those stepping up the property ladder, a downsizer looking for a more manageable property or an investor diversifying your portfolio.
Panellists include author and influencer Kate Faulkner, Tom Bryant from Savills, Jas Singh Jandu from Manak Solicitors, Matt Coulson from Heron Financial and Chelsea Gunn from Moving Made Easy.
They will be updating potential buyers on the market during lockdown 2.0, insight on what the next year is expected to bring and what recent changes mean to purchasing a home. Each has a specialism that’s relevant to a different sector of the market, from financials and savings to legals, and products on the market to support those moving up the property ladder. Tom and Kate will be able to answer questions pertaining to the UK property market, trends highlighting what buyers really want and whether now is a good time to buy (spoiler alert – it is!).
There will be lively discussion followed by a live Q&A where potential purchasers can ask the panel their burning questions on the industry.
