Stamp Duty Offers At Malmesbury Development

Newland Homes is currently offering a contribution to Stamp Duty on a select few homes for sale at ats White Poplars development, located on the south side of the historic market town of Malmesbury.

The development is bringing 29 new high-specification three-, four- and five-bedroom bedroom houses and three-bedroom bungalows, situated within walking distance of the shops and facilities of the attractive town centre. Two of the four double bedrooms come with en suite shower and built-in wardrobes, the others can share the family bathroom with the fifth bedroom, that could equally function as a home office. This property comes with a detached double garage and private parking and is priced from £795,000.
