‘Rightsizing’ Event In Westbury This Weekend

Posted 3 October 2023 by Keith Osborne

Newland Homes is inviting Wiltshire house-hunters to a free-to-attend event at Heron Rise in Westbury on Saturday 7 October...

Newland Homes is offering house-hunters an opportunity to discuss the property they seek by hosting a Rightsizing event at its Heron Rise development in Westbury on Saturday 7 October.

Prices right now range from £189,000 to £339,000 for a choice of two-bedroom apartments, and two- and three-bedroom terraced and semi-detached house types, with offers valued up to £15,000 on selected plots (terms and conditions apply). Some of them will be ready to move into by Christmas.

This mix of homes appeals to all sorts of buyers looking for a brand new place to live that meets their requirements perfectly, whether first-timers, people who require a larger home for a growing family, or those who don’t need their current large abode and want something smaller, more contemporary and very low maintenance.

Their EPC A or B ratings makes them very energy-efficient, saving the resident many hundreds of pounds in power bills and reducing the environmental impact of consuming energy sources.

Furthermore, this weekend event is also a chance to speak to the sales team about the availability of two of the show homes here, now for sale. The ‘Osprey’ is a two-bedroom apartment which benefits from allocated parking spaces and is available to move into by Christmas. The ‘Tetbury’ will also be ready for Christmas, a three-bedroom house with garden room and southwest-facing garden.

Launched in 2022, Heron Rise comprises a mix of houses and apartments and is situated just a few minutes’ walk from Westbury railway station and a number of handy shops. There are a host of useful things within a five-minute drive, including more shops and supermarkets, several schools, play areas and sports clubs. Major roads nearby put the likes of Bath, Frome and Salisbury around 20-40 minutes away.
