Newland Homes has just opened a new view home at its Mendip Gate development in Churchill, Somerset, and is inviting house-hunters to come and see it first-hand.

The property is one of its popular house types, called ‘The Hazelton’, and at Mendip Gate, this starts at £455,000. For a limited time, the housebuilder has a special offer to buyers on selected plots at this development, paying £1,000 towards your legal fees, plus flooring included! This offer will end on Tuesday 30 November.

‘The Hazelton’ is a double-fronted detached house. Off one side of the hallway is the lounge at the front, and walking towards the rear of the house you pass under-stairs storage and the dining room to the hub of the home, and open-plan kitchen/breakfast room with French doors to the garden.
