Keith OsborneLuxury housebuilder Mulberry Homes is set to attend The Midlands New Home Show on Saturday 4 March at Birmingham NEC.
Held in association with WhatHouse.com, The Midlands New Home Show is an event that brings together housebuilders, housing associations, financial services, mortgage advisors and conveyancers in one place, to act as a ‘one-stop shop’ for information and advice for people looking for a new home.
Mulberry Homes will be attending the event and will be available to discuss its current and upcoming developments with perspective buyers, as well as answer any questions about the buying options and incentives available to attendees.
Kerry Jones, sales and marketing director at Mulberry Homes, said: “We at Mulberry Homes are delighted to be invited to attend The Midlands New Homes Show. Buying a new build property is a very exciting time, but it can also be a bit daunting especially if you haven’t gone through the process before, so it’s understandable that buyers might want some help and advice. That’s why it’s great that an event like this exists where property seekers can have all their questions answered in one place.
“We are looking forward to meeting lots of new people and introducing them to our exclusive developments across the Midlands and surrounding areas. We hope that sharing our knowledge and advice with attendees can equip them with all the information they need to go though the process with confidence and give them the ability to focus on all the excitement that comes with choosing the perfect new home.”
Mulberry Homes has active and coming soon developments in Bedfordshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire. These include Steeple View Chase in Irchester, Kingsbury Park in Lutterworth and The Templars in Temple Herdewyke. Mulberry Homes at Houlton in Rugby is a brand new development launching in March and Middleton Meadows in Middleton Cheney is due later this year, making the event an excellent opportunity to find out more about what the housebuilder has to offer.
Over in Bedfordshire, Mulberry Homes has a wide range of high-quality properties available, at Manor Heath in Leighton Buzzard and Clifton Gardens in Clifton. A further two developments, Ravensden Park in Graze Hill and The Grange at Roxton in Roxton, are coming soon. Find out more at mulberryhomes.co.uk.
