Millgate has launched Victory Fields, its latest collection of homes at the growing garden village of Arborfield Green...

A collection of luxury homes has been unveiled by Millgate at Arborfield Green, a growing garden village on a former garrison and remount depot seven miles from Reading and four miles from Wokingham.

Surrounded by open fields and natural waterscapes, the new residences of Victory Fields comprise a range of high-specification one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom houses.

There’s a range of interior layouts available but at the heart of each property is a bespoke, fully-fitted kitchen, and family and dining area. The four-bedroom houses also enjoy an additional living room. The range of apartments are set within The Pavillion – a traditionally inspired building incorporating 26 properties – with an outlook over the neighbouring cricket green and sports pitch. Many of these apartments also have private outdoor space in the form of a balcony or patio area.

Arborfield Green will deliver more than 2,000 new homes, a school, community centre, library, shops and sports pitches. Victory Fields is surrounded by over 95 acres of green open space, with three children’s play areas, six acres of community allotments and six habitat ponds.

As well as amenities and a weekly farmer’s market, the area boasts a selection of high-performing schools. Residents will find Hazebrouck Day Nursery, Poperinghe Day Nursery and Bohunt secondary school already open, with a new primary school also due in the near future.

For commuters, nearby Wokingham station provides direct trains to London Paddington in under 50 minutes, while London Heathrow Airport and the nearby towns of Slough and Reading can be accessed by car in less than ten minutes.

Paul Beaney, managing director of Millgate, commented: “Access to green open space and a strong community feel are more important than ever to buyers, and as such, well-connected country locations such as Arborfield Green are proving increasingly popular. Victory Fields combines the best of both worlds - residents surrounded by acres of landscaping yet enjoy a fantastic range of amenities and lifestyle pursuits on the doorstep.

“The new collection of homes at Victory Fields are set to be in high demand and we’re already seeing strong interest from those who live and work locally, as well as those relocating from London.”

Visits are by appointment only. Prices at Victory Fields start from £250,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.
