Summer Mortgage Offer Announced By Scottish Housebuilder
Miller Homes has unveiled new summer offer to help buyers at its developments across Scotland enjoy a mortgage holiday for a year.
This offer, subject to terms and conditions, includes up to £12,000 cashback which can be used to take a mortgage holiday.
Also available across all Miller Homes’ Scottish developments is an offer of an ‘All Inclusive Package’ featuring everything homeowners need to start life in a new home. Free carpets, appliances and up to £5,000 cashback to put towards furniture, or even garden landscaping, are also available on selected homes and there’s the chance to have your legal and removal fees paid.
At West Craigs Manor in Edinburgh, the full ‘All Inclusive package’ is available on a number of homes including the five-bedroom ‘Castleford’, which has a bay window lounge, open-plan kitchen, family dining room with French doors to the garden, and two of the bedrooms feature en suites.

For a more rural outlook, the ‘Riverwood’ at Winton View in Tranent is a flexible family home with four bedrooms, a separate lounge and open-plan kitchen dining area and is available with the mortgage holiday offer.
In the West of Scotland, the five-bedroom ‘Elmford’ at Stoneyetts Village in Moodiesburn is the perfect home for growing families. It’s double garage, open-plan breakfast and kitchen area, French doors to the garden and stunning principal bedroom with en suite and dressing room, ensures the whole family, no matter its shape or size, has plenty of space to make their own.
If you prefer being away from the city, Jackton Gardens in Jackton, just outside East Kilbride has some beautiful countryside surroundings. The four-bedroom ‘Lockwood’ is available with the mortgage holiday offer and features three bathrooms, a home office space, and a separate laundry room.
