New Development In Doncaster Unveiled

A new homes development located on the outskirts of the newly crowned City of Doncaster was recently unveiled by Miller Homes.

Simpson Park, in the village of Harworth, has a sales centre giving those that are interested the perfect opportunity to have first pick of the available homes, a range of three- and four-bedroom houses from the housebuilder’s new house style portfolio .

“We’re delighted to be open for business and we look forward to welcoming visitors to the development who have been keen to explore the homes that we have for sale,” said Debbie Whittingham, sales director, Miller Homes Yorkshire. “We will be building 116 family homes as part of the wider Harworth Group regeneration scheme and look forward to becoming part of the local community.”

In addition to the new homes, the housebuilder will also contribute around £270,000 towards local education requirements, and £50,000 towards the local Community Infrastructure Levy, bringing added benefits to all who live in the community.

The three-bedroom ‘Overton’ is priced from £189,995 and is a semi-detached home with en suite to the principal bedroom and a rear facing kitchen/diner with French doors to the garden. For those who need something a little more spacious, the four-bedroom ‘Oakwood’ home, currently priced from £299,995, has a wonderful layout including galleried landing, study, and additional space adjacent to the kitchen/diner.
