Next Phase Of Drighlington Development Launching Imminently

A new homes development in the heart of Drighlington is set to launch its next phase in a matter of weeks, due to increasing demand.

Kings Park is Miller Homes’ third development in the popular West Yorkshire village, will offer property styles from the housebuilder’s new portfolio, which has been developed to give buyers homes that suit the requirements of today’s lifestyles.

“The first phase sold incredibly quickly and, with demand remaining very high, we expect a similar situation to occur,” said Sarah Whinfrey, regional sales manager, Miller Homes Yorkshire. “The new home designs are being launched across the country and we’re delighted that Kings Park is to showcase these. With ten different house types available, encompassing two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom properties, buyers will have much choice.”

The development is tucked behind the housebuilder’s Kings Mews development and has far-reaching views over the valley. Currently, a four bedroom ‘Repton’ show home is available to view which showcases the quality of homes on offer and the way space within our homes can be adapted to incorporate family life, study and work. A new style, four-bedroom ‘Cedarwood’ show home is expected to be launched during late summer.

Currently, visits to Kings Park for view the show home and to discuss purchases are by appointment only. Homes available are currently priced from £214,995 for a three- bedroom, semi-detached ‘Overton’ style of home. A range of four-bedroom homes from £329,995 are also available.
