New Development Coming Soon To Perth

Miller Homes is soon unveiling a brand new development just off Ruthvenfield Road in Perth, with the first homes ready to move into this autumn.

The new development is called Bertha Park and will consist of a mix of 71 three-, four- and five-bedroom family homes, all of which are located close to the brand new state-of-the-art high school which has been built as part of the new community. Retail outlets, a doctor’s surgery and communal community space will also form part of the development, along with a playpark for resident’s use. Prices for these new home have yet to be released.

A four-bedroom ‘Marwood’ show home will open on the development in late summer. It is one of a number of popular Miller Homes house types which will be found at Bertha Park, including the four-bedroom detached ‘Hazelwood’ and ‘Maplewood’, both of which have open-plan kitchen/dining areas and integral garages, and the three bedroom semi-detached ‘Fulton’.

It’s only a few miles from the city centre of Perth but also extremely close to stunning Perthshire landscapes.
