Selected Plot Incentives For Edinburgh House-Hunters

Posted 9 June 2021 by Keith Osborne

Miller Homes is offering substantial deals on houses at its Highbrae at Lang Loan and Edgelaw developments...

Miller Homes is making it easier than ever for Edinburgh buyers to secure their dream home at two of its coveted Edinburgh developments, with a range of incentives on selected homes.

The Part Exchange scheme allows buyers to override the current uncertainty of the housing market, meaning they can easily reserve their dream Miller home while avoiding all of the stress and expense of selling their current property. The scheme means that there’ll be no chain or estate agent fees, and buyers can avoid selling costs, as the housebuilder will take care of it all. Plus, using the Part Exchange programme means that buyers could move into their dream home in as little as a month, making it the fastest and easiest option for those hoping to settle in time for the summer.

Alternatively, the substantial LBTT contributions allow buyers to save money on one of the biggest expenses of purchasing their home. With contributions of up to £10,000 available, it’s an opportunity for buyers to save a significant portion of their budget, enabling them to spend more on the décor and design of their new dream home.

The RossieThese special offers are currently available on five family homes at two Edinburgh developments, Highbrae at Lang Loan and Edgelaw. Both are situated just minutes from the City of Edinburgh bypass and boast an impressive selection of modern, energy-efficient homes that are ideal for families of all ages and stages.

‘The Mackie’ is a four-bedroom home that provides an idyllic place for growing families to call their own. An airy, bay-windowed lounge offers the perfect space for the family, while the open-plan kitchen and dining space creates opportunity to bring the outside in, with dual windows, and feature French doors leading to the garden. Upstairs, the principal bedroom’s private en suite and extensive wardrobes feel indulgent, while bedrooms three and four enjoy access to another ensuite, thanks to clever adjoining doors. This home type also has a laundry room, garage and downstairs WC.

‘The Mackie’ on Plot 213 at Highbrae at Lang Loan is priced at £399,995, and is available to move into this summer. It’s available with the choice of these special offers, with buyers being able to choose between a £5,000 contribution towards LBTT, or using the Part Exchange scheme to secure this fantastic home with ultimate ease. ‘The Mackie’ on Plot 212 is also available with an offer of £5,000 LBTT contribution when buyers reserve online now.
