Metis Homes is offering hard hat tours at its Harbour Reach development in Emsworth, Hampshire on Saturday 15 July, giving prospective buyers the first opportunity for a sneak preview inside the remaining homes currently under construction.
60% of the £5million residential scheme, just a short walk from the town centre, has already been reserved off-plan. There are just three homes available for sale which will be ready for occupation in September 2023. Prices range from £455,000 to £495,000.
