June Sales Launch Event For Berkshire Retirement Apartments
The McCarthy Stone team in Thatcham are now inviting people to find out more about its latest developments, Turner Place Retirement Living and William House Retirement Living Plus, at an exclusive appointment-only sales launch event on Wednesday 2 June, between 10.30am and 4.00pm, at the Regency Park Hotel.
Proving to be a roaring success amongst retirees, many of its apartments have been reserved prior to this official launch for off-plan sales.
Appointments at the event will be managed with the safety of visitors in mind, and all those who attend will receive an information pack which contains floor plans, prices, and service charges details. There will also be an opportunity for retirees to make a reservation and secure their stake at Turner Place or William House.
The one and two-bedroom apartments at the new age-exclusive communities are currently under construction, with first homeowners expected to move into Turner Place in late summer and William House in autumn. Each individual property is beautifully designed to meet retirees’ needs, featuring spacious living areas and high-specification kitchens and bathrooms. Selected apartments above ground floor level will also enjoy a balcony, whilst those at ground floor level will have a private patio area.
Nicki Beswarick, divisional marketing manager for McCarthy Stone Southern, said: “We’re very excited to announce that the wait is over for Thatcham retirees, and they can now reserve the stylish apartments at Turner Place and William House. We have already experienced high levels of demand for these properties, so I would urge interested purchasers to get in touch and book a one-to-one appointment as soon as possible – these will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.”
The Turner Place Retirement Living development for over-60s has a homeowners’ lounge which will be perfect for socialising with new neighbours, and there are landscaped gardens for residents where all the maintenance is taken care of. A house manager will take care of the day-to-day running of the new community, while secure entry systems and 24-hour emergency call points will provide added peace-of-mind.
The neighbouring Retirement Living Plus development, William House, has been exclusively designed for the over-70s, and will provide all the same features and facilities, as well as being managed by a trained estate team who will be on hand 24-hours a day. Retirees will also have access to flexible domestic care packages which can be tailored to provide varying levels of support. Retirement Living Plus developments also benefit from a bistro restaurant serving freshly prepared meals daily.
Prices at Turner Place currently start from £245,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and from £385,000 for a two-bedroom apartment. One and two-bedroom apartments at William House are currently priced from £250,000 and £360,000 respectively.
