Event To Welcome Residents And Retiree Home-Seekers In Salisbury
Locals in Salisbury are invited to celebrate the summer with a special Garden Party at McCarthy Stone’s Monument Place Retirement Living Plus development on Wednesday 7 September.
From 12.00noon to 4.00pm, all are welcome to join the McCarthy Stone team and homeowners in the landscaped gardens at the development on Endless Street where guests can enjoy an assortment of delicious BBQ food, including chicken, burgers, and vegetable skewers, in addition to scrumptious salads and even a tasty berry pavlova. Attendees will also have the opportunity to take a tour of Monument Place to explore the apartments and impressive communal spaces.
Nicki Beswarick, divisional marketing manager for McCarthy Stone Southern, said: “We are thrilled to be hosting our Garden Party event at Monument Place this year. These events are a great opportunity for local people to come and experience first-hand the fun and sociable lifestyle that comes as part of a McCarthy Stone apartment.
“The McCarthy Stone lifestyle is all about living life to the full and staying as independent and active for as long as possible. So, we would like to invite all those interested to come to our party for a chat, a glass of fizz and some nibbles, and to meet those who already call Monument Place home. After all, they’ll tell you everything you could need to know!”
Places at the event are limited so guests are strongly encouraged to book in advance by calling 0800 153 3076.
Monument Place is situated adjacent to the Castle Gate Retirement Living development to offer two exclusive options to suit all stages of retirement. The Monument Place Retirement Living Plus development has been designed for retirees aged 70 and over, while Castle Gate has been exclusively designed for those aged 60 and over.
Facilities at Castle Gate includes a spacious communal lounge, perfect for socialising with friends and new neighbours, landscaped gardens in which to relax, and a hotel-style guest suite for when friends or relatives come to stay.
Monument Place includes all these features but with the added peace-of-mind that a little extra help is on hand if needed in the form of personally tailored domestic support, with specially trained staff on-site 24 hours a day.
There is just one, one-bedroom apartment remaining at Caste Gate, which is priced at £300,000. By comparison, one and two-bedroom apartments at Monument Place are currently priced from £277,000 and £400,000 respectively with rental and part-buy part-rent options also available.
