Keith OsborneMcCarthy Stone is inviting local residents to learn more about its new Woodhall Spa bungalow development at a special Discovery Day event on Tuesday 8 November.
The free event, to be held in the Woodland Suite at the Petwood Hotel in Stixwould Road, will see the specialist developer showcase the range of independent living options at its Hotchkin Gardens development, which is currently under construction.
Two presentation times are available, with visitors arriving at either 10.30am or 1.30pm, when they can discover more about living opportunities, reservations and pricing at Hotchkin Gardens which is rapidly taking shape and will receive its first occupants in Summer 2023. Light refreshments will also be on offer.

Located off Tattershall Road, Hotchkin Gardens will be made up of seven one-bedroom, 34 two-bedroom and eight three-bedroom freehold retirement bungalows and cottages, each with its own garden, specifically designed and built to meet the needs of over-55s seeking an independent and fulfilling retirement.
David Meachem, divisional sales director at McCarthy Stone, explained: “We’re really looking forward to showcasing the exciting new Hotchkin Gardens development to people in Woodhall Spa at the Discovery Day – the new community is already proving very popular with prospective homeowners, and we urge anyone interested to get in touch and book their slot at the event.”
